没时间烘烤又要等回油吗？中秋快到咯，而且趁现在是金瓜季节，一起来做这款健康简单的免烤金瓜月饼。制作方式很直接，采用了新鲜的金瓜来做外皮，新鲜的紫薯来自炒紫薯内馅。做好只需蒸熟放温即可享用~ 天然无色素却非常亮丽，整体QQ回弹力好，可爱极了。排开来软糯拉丝，里面满满紫薯奶香味，外面金瓜甜香味，清爽不腻，小孩大人都合适~

收藏方式：做好放凉直接吃口感最佳，要保存更久，密封收冰库冷冻，吃前解冻也可以蒸热来保持柔糯度。要新鲜，建议7天内吃完。

No time to bake or wait for oil return? Mid-Autumn Festival is coming soon, since it’s pumpkin season, let’s make this healthy and simple “No-bake Pumpkin Mooncake”. The method is straightforward, using fresh pumpkin as the outer skin, and fresh purple sweet potato to self stir fry purple potato fillings. Just steam and let warm slightly then you can enjoy~ It is natural without food coloring yet they are so vibrant, QQ chewy with good rebounce, so cute. Tear open, soft glutinous, full of purple sweet potato milk flavor inside, and sweet pumpkin flavor on the outside. Refreshing and not greasy, suitable for both children and adults~

Storage method: Best eaten after steamed and cooled slightly. To keep longer, seal and freeze in the freezer and thaw before eating also can re-steam to keep original softness and glutinous. For freshness, suggest finish eating within 7days.

=Purple Potato Fillings紫薯馅 (10pcs, 17g/pc)=
150g Purple Potato 紫薯 (Steam on High Heat大火蒸: 20-25min)
18g Condensed Milk 炼奶
20g Honey 蜂蜜
1.5g Salt 盐
35g Dairy Whipping Cream (Room Temp) 动物性淡奶油（室温）
12g Unsalted Butter (Soften) 无盐牛油（软化）

=Pumpkin Skin 金瓜皮(10pcs, 44g/pc)=
200g Pumpkin Flesh 金瓜果肉 (Steam on High Heat大火蒸: 20min)
45g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
1g Salt 盐
150g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
50g Rice Flour 粘米粉
12g Vegetable Oil 植物油
5g Water 水(Optional, only add if dough very rough 可选，面团很粗糙再加)
(Water boiled, Steam on Medium Heat: 15minutes)
(水沸腾后，种火蒸: 15分钟)
