Dhaka Chicken Macaroni Rice
Ingredients for Dhaka Chicken:
Egg 1
turmeric powder 1 tsp
red chili powder 1 tsp
red chili flakes 1 tsp
garam masala powder 1 tsp
chicken cubes (boneless) 1/2 kg
garlic paste 1 tbsp
corn flour 1/2 cup
sesame seeds 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp / to taste
oil (for frying) as required
Ingredients for Egg Fried Rice:
oil 2 tbsp
beaten eggs 2
carrot (chopped) 1 cup
cabbage (shredded) 1/2 cup
black pepper powder 1 tsp
white pepper powder 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
vinegar 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tsp
boiled rice 2 cups
Ingredients for Vegetable Macaroni:
Oil 3 tbsp
carrot (julienne) 1 cup
cabbage (julienne) 1 cup
white pepper powder 1 tsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
vinegar 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
chili sauce 1 tbsp
boiled macaroni 2 cups
green onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Directions for Dhaka Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add chicken, egg, turmeric powder, red chili powder, red chili flakes, garam masala powder, garlic paste, corn flour, sesame seeds, salt and mix it wel. Marinate the chicken for 20-25 mins.
2. In a deep pan heat oil and add marinated chicken. Fry until chicken is fully done. Your Dhaka Chicken is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Egg Fried Rice Preparation:
3. In a pot heat oil and add beaten eggs. Scramble and cook until eggs are fully done.
4. Now add carrot, cabbage, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, salt, vinegar, soy sauce and cook for 2-3 mins.
5. Add boiled rice and toss over high flame for a min. Your Egg Fried Rice are ready.
Directions for Vegetable Macaroni Preparation:
6. In a pot heat oil and add carrot. Cook for a min.
7. Now add cabbage, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce and cook for 2-3 mins.
8. Now add boiled macaroni and toss over high flame for a min. Add green onion and give it a good mix.
9. Your Vegetable Macaroni is ready.
10. In a dish serve egg fried rice, add vegetable macaroni on top and then add Dhaka chicken pieces on top. Drizzle mustard sauce over them and serve.
11. Your Dhaka Chicken Macaroni Rice is ready.
