These perfectly moist cream cheese cupcakes will be your next crave worthy cupcake recipe. It’s buttery and rich flavor (thanks to cream cheese) just effortlessly melts in one’s mouth. One of the few cupcake recipes that can taste utterly delicious, yet so easy to whip up.

You'll need:
• 1 ½ cup all purpose four (spooned & leveled)
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 ¾ tsp baking powder
• ¾ cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
• 1 cup white sugar
• 3 large eggs (room temperature)
• 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

Makes 12 delicious cupcakes

:: HELPFUL HINTS ::
* Know when the cake is done: Insert a toothpick at the center of the cupcake. If you notice few moist crumbs, you can pull the cupcakes out of the oven. Let them rest on the baking pan for 1 minute and transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

* Make sure butter, cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature before baking to ensure a smoother batter.

* Do not OVER BEAT the batter and OVER BAKE the cupcake to prevent a dry and tough texture.

* Measure your flour correctly (spoon & level method). Adding too much flour will result to dry and crumbly texture when baked. Fluff your flour with a spoon, spooned it into your measuring cup, and use the back of the knife to level it off.
