丹波面包, 一款可以随意加入蔬菜和奶酪丁的面包,做法简单,不用揉面不用发酵,半个小时就可以制作完成。 非常的酥松好吃, 趁热吃, 味道太赞拉啦!略带咸的味道,在基础配方上自己更改蔬菜和奶酪, 保持粉类不变,各种口味换着吃!
📝 材料
高筋|中筋面粉 175g
杏仁粉 50g
盐 5g
泡打粉 5g (1 tsp)
小苏打 2g (1/2 tsp)
橄榄油 25g
牛奶 125g
白胡椒 0.5g(1/8 tsp)
黑胡椒 0.5g(1/8 tsp)
孜然粉 2g(1/8 tsp)
切达|马苏里拉奶酪 100g
烤熟的鸡肉 50g
菠菜叶 50g
小辣椒 2小根
面包糠 适量(选用)
180度烘烤20分钟左右到表面上色。
✤What is Damper?
A very traditional no yeast, lightly kneaded soda bread famous in Australia made from wheat flour, salt, water and/or milk. It’s traditionally cooked in the coals of campfire or camp oven when you’re camping in the outback. As by now, people has add different savory or sweet ingredients to it. Overall, it is a super easy to make but tasty bread that you can finish in 30 mins.

Although damper is classed as a bread, actually it taste more like a crumbly scone in texture, which makes it perfect for soaking up soups and stews or eat with your dinner.
📝 Ingredients
Bread Flour/All-Purpose Flour 175g
Almond Flour 50g
Salt 5g
Baking Powder 5g (1 tsp)
Baking Soda 2g (1/2 tsp)
Olive Oil 25g
Milk 125g
White Pepper 0.5g(1/8tsp)
Black pepper 0.5g(1/8 tsp)
Cumin Powder 2g(1/8 tsp)
Cheese 100g
Grilled Chicken 50g
Spinach Leaves 50g
Red Pepper 2pcs
Bread Crumbs (Optional)
Bake at 180°C|350°F for ~20 minutes
🔹 Baking suggestions:
Adjust the dough consistency by adding extra milk or flour.
Rest at room temperature for 15 mins (Optional) will make the bread taste more fluffy.
