Rice cake, a traditional Chinese sweet dessert made with glutinous rice flour (also called sweet rice flour) and various fillings. It has a firm custard-like chewing texture which is different from many western palates. This recipe is little bit non-traditional by adding cheese and sweet potato to add more puree taste. Feel free to make the traditional version without cheese and sweet potato Or add red bean paste, sesame other fillings.

✅Ingredients
- 200g Glutinous Rice Flour
- 3g Baking Powder
- 20g White Sugar
- 1 pcs Egg
- 40g Canola Oil
- 50g Whipping Cream
- 150g Milk

- 80~150g Sweet Potato
- 30g Condensed Milk
- 2~3 Cheddar Cheese Slice

Baking: 180 Celsius/ 350degF ~40min

✅ Tips
* Use milk instead if you don't have whipping cream.
* Adjust the amount of milk based on the egg size. The batter should be little bit dry not too watery.
* The rice cake recipe itself can bake traditional rice cake.
* You can also steam it if you don't have oven.

脆皮爆浆红薯芝士年糕, 不管前面有多少个前奏, 它的核心是好吃的年糕!特别爱吃糯米货, 年糕是其中之一, 这次加上芝士红薯, 爆浆的一塌糊涂, 配上软软的年糕! 太好吃太好吃!

✅ 食材:
- 200g 糯米粉
- 3g 泡打粉
- 20g 白砂糖
- 1 pcs 鸡蛋
- 40g 玉米油
- 50g 淡奶油
- 150g 牛奶

- 80~150g 红薯泥
- 30g 炼乳
- 2~3 片 芝士片

烘烤: 180 度 40分钟左右 表面上色即可

✅ 小贴士
* 如果没有淡奶油, 可以用牛奶代替。 份量稍微少10g左右。 液体的用量还要根据鸡蛋大小来稍微调节。 以视频中最后年糕面糊的稠度为准。
* 如果就想做传统的年糕, 可以不加红薯芝士, 换成红豆沙, 黑芝麻馅等等都是很好吃的。
* 如果没有烤箱的话, 可以蒸着也好吃!
