INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE CREAM:
- 2 tsp. Flour
- 2 tsp. Corn starch
- 5 gr. Vanillin
- 200 gr. Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 0.5 L. Milk
- 300 gr. Butter

FOR CORJS:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 st. Sugar
- 3 tsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Soda
- 100 gr. Butter
- 3 tsp. Cocoa powder
- 4 st. Flour

FOR THE CHOCOLATE GLAZING:
- 3 tsp. Sugar
- 3 tsp. Cocoa powder
- 6 pcs. Milk
- 1 full cq. Butter
- 50 gr. Chocolate

PREPARATION:
Cream:
First, we prepare the cream and put it in the refrigerator. For this, 2 xg. Corn starch, 2 tsp. Flour, 5 gr. Vanillin and 200 gr. While the sugar powder is dry, we mix it well. Add 1 egg to it, add 0.5 L of milk in parts and mix well. After it is completely mixed so that there are no lumps, we cook it on high heat until it boils and thickens. As soon as it boils, we take it off the stove and empty it into another bowl to cool down quickly, and cover it with a stretch wrap so that it doesn't get covered. Let it cool down at room temperature.
300 gr softened at room temperature. Beat the butter in a mixer until white. We add our cooled cream at room temperature to the whitened butter and mix until we get a mixture of the same composition. Care should be taken that the cream and oil are at the same temperature. Otherwise, the cream may rot. Our cream is ready. We cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.

CORJS:
4 cups of flour with 3 tsp. sift the cocoa powder and mix well. In another bowl, mix 4 eggs and 200 grams of powdered sugar. 100 gr in a separate bowl. melt the butter and add 3 tbsp. Honey and 1 tsp. add soda and mix and cook. As soon as it bubbles, we turn off the stove and continue to stir. After mixing for 2 minutes and cooling it, we add little by little to the previously prepared egg and sugar powder mixture and mix. Then we add cocoa flour to this mixture and knead a medium soft dough. We divide the dough into 10-11 logs and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Then 3-4 mm. in thickness, about 25 cm. We spread circular corgis with a diameter of Bake the dumplings in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 2-3 minutes. If your korjis are too dry, cook less. If they are too soft, keep them in the oven a little longer. With the help of a lid or a plate, we cut the cooked korjis into the right circles and leave them to cool. Then we prepare our cake by spreading the previously prepared cream between the cakes alternately and stacking them on top of each other.

Glaze:
3 xq. powdered sugar, 3 tsp. cocoa powder and 6 tsp. mix the milk well. Then we wait for it to come to a boil by stirring it on the stove. As soon as it comes to a boil, pour a full tablespoon of butter and 50 grams of chocolate on it, and when it melts well, we take it off the stove. After mixing for 1-2 minutes without cooling down too much, we spread it on the prepared cake while it is hot.

If desired, you can decorate the edges of the cake with grated chocolate or the leftovers from the edges of the cakes.
