How To Make The Best Mexican Salsa Verde Ground Beef Spaghetti Dinner Recipe | Espagueti Salsa Verd

Today I’m making Salsa Verde spaghetti. A great recipe to make when you have salsa verde leftovers. If you don’t have extra salsa verde that’s okay. In this recipe, I’ll show you how to prepare one quickly 😋

Quick Salsa verde Ingredients
10 tomatillos
1/4 onion
2 Jalapeños or serrano peppers
Hand full of cilantro
Salt to taste (for spaghetti recipe use 1/2 Tbsp chicken boullion)

Spaghetti salsa verde ingredients
Olive oil
1 box of spaghetti
1 1/1 pounds of ground beef
1/2 medium onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp salt & black pepper
Top spaghetti with crema fresca, queso cotija and cilantro
I like to serve with a side of bolillo toasted with butter and once the butter melts I add cotija cheese and allow that to sear and warm up so it attaches to the bread. Such a wonderful combination with a family-favorite spaghetti
