2 pounds of ground beef
1 large white onion
2 large poblano peppers
2 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
Seasoning: 1 Tbsp tomato chicken bouillon, 1/2 Tbsp onion powder, garlic powder, Mexican oregano, 1 tsp paprika and black pepper
Serve with sautéed Japeños, onions, smooth Mexican beans, Mexican rice, corn tortillas, and slices of queso fresco, and top your beans with cotija cheese.
