Zdravo prijateli! Denes ke napravime eden mnogu brz, zdrav, lesen, ednostaven i vkusen desert, za koj ne se potrebni mnogu sostojki!

Sostojki:
Brashno 250 g,
2 jajca,
Stevia 50 g,
Mleko 250 ml,
Maslo 100 ml,
1 prashok za pecivo,
1/2 ekstrakt od vanila,
120 g marmalad od kajsija.

Sadot za pechenje 25x25 cm, premachkajte go so malku maslo i pobrashnete go.
Rernata vkluchete ja na 180 stepeni.
Dobro izmatete ja smesata od jajca i stevia. Treba da bide svetla i gusta.
Dodajte gi mlekoto, masloto i vaniliniot ekstrakt. Prosejte go brashnoto i prashokot za pecivo. Matete so mikser, ne treba da ima grutki.
Smesata podelete ja na dva dela. Vo edniot del dodajte ushte 5 lazici od drugiot del. Pogolemiot del stavete go vo sadot za pecenje i pecete go 10 minuti. Potoa izvadete go od rernata i premackajte go so marmaladot od kajsii. Vednas nanesete go vtoriot del od smesata i stavete vo rerna da se pece ushte 7 minuti. Oladeniot kolac narosete go so stevia (ili seker vo prav) i secete kocki.
