INGREDIENTS:

- 2 large potatoes
- Half a medium tomato
- Half a green pepper
- 2-3 green onions
- 50 gr. Holland cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Dry fat

PREPARATION:

First, we grate the Dutch cheese and set it aside. Then we finely chop the pepper, tomato and onion. We grease our pan and put it on a medium stove so that our pan is hot before we grate the first potato. After grating one of the potatoes, we spread it on the bottom of the pan without waiting. Add a little salt and cover the lid to cook.
After 3-5 minutes, we grate our second potato. We open the mouth of our pan and first sprinkle half of our Hollandaise cheese, then our chopped pepper, tomato and onion, and then the remaining half of our Hollandaise cheese. We spread our second grated potato over them. Cover the mouth and cook for 3-5 minutes until the bottom is golden.
After six gizzards, we turn the bottom upside down with the help of a lid or a bowl and sprinkle salt and pepper on it. Add a little oil to the edges and cook again for 3-5 minutes until this side is also browned.
If necessary, it can be turned again, salt and pepper can be added so that both sides are well browned and cooked.
