Pizza Parcels
Ingredients for Dough:
All-purpose flour 3 cups
Yeast 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lukewarm water as required

Ingredients for Pizza Filling:
Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken chunks 500 g
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Black olives (chopped) 1/2 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Pizza sauce 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Pizza parcels:
Prepared dough
Pizza filling
Pizza sauce as required
Egg wash as required
Black olives (sliced) as required
Red chili flakes as required
Oregano as required

Directions for Dough Preparation:
1. In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water and knead a smooth dough. Cover it with cling film and let it rest until doubles in size. Set aside.
Directions for Pizza Filling Preparation:
2. In a pan heat oil and add chicken. Cook until chicken changes color. Add capsicum, onion, black olives and sauté for a minute.
3. Add black pepper powder, red chili flakes, soy sauce, oregano, garlic powder, salt, chili sauce and cook for a minute.
4. Add pizza sauce and cook for 3-4 mins. Set aside.
Directions for Pizza Parcels Preparation:
5. Take the prepared dough and divide it into 2 equal parts.
6. Roll out the dough into flat circle with a rolling pin.
7. In the center of the rolled out dough, brush pizza sauce, add pizza filling. Wrap the sides of the dough into a rectangular shape.
8. Cute this log into 4-5 pieces. Brush egg on them and place them on a greased pizza pan lined with butter paper.
9. Sprinkle black olives, red chili flakes, oregano on top and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 mins.
10. Your Pizza Parcels are ready.
Prep time: 25-30 mins
Cooking time: 30 mins (including baking time)
Servings: 5-6
