Bulgur wheat. Easy, fast, tasty recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 cups of wheat semolina (Bulgur).
- 2 medium onions.
- 1 medium sized tomato.
- Hot and sweet peppers to taste.
- 1 tsp. salt
- Black pepper to taste.
- 50-70 grams of Butter.
- Parsley for decoration.

PREPARATION:

We chop all our vegetables in advance as shown in the video. First, we start frying the onion in butter. We add salt and black pepper at this stage. Before the onion is fully fried, we add half of the chopped tomatoes and peppers and fry together with the onion. We add the washed Bulgur to the pan and wait for it to be roasted with some vegetables. Then we add enough water to completely cover it and cook it completely. When the water begins to drain, add the rest of the vegetables and wait until the water is completely drained. When serving, you can decorate it with parsley or according to your desire.
