Quick and yummy Wasabi/Honey Mustard Shrimp Prawn/Balls. This dish serves as excellent appetizer as well as main dish. Detailed steps and tips are included, especially about how to make the sauce more tasty and how to coating the shrimp.

Ingredients:
350g Shrimp (~13 medium size)
1/8 tsp White Pepper
Pinch Salt
2 tsp Cooking Wine
One Yolk
2 tbsp Corn Starch
4 tbsp Light Mayo
1 tsp Green Mustard
Roasted Nuts

Brief Steps in words:
1. Slice the side of the prawns which also called butterfly the shrimp ;
2. Marinate with salt, white pepper, cooking wine first then with 1 egg yolk;
3. Mix the seasoned shrimp with potato starch;
4. Deep fry the prawns with medium heat;
5. Mix the mayonnaise, wasabi, salt, lemon juice to form basic sauce;
6. Add extra secret ingredient to make the sauce taste even better
6. Mix the prawns in the sauce;
7. Mix with some nuts, fruit/pineapple, and enjoy!
