1. 面包体 Bread
300g Bread Flour 高筋面粉
20g Milk Powder全脂奶粉
3g Instant Dry Yeast即发干酵母
150g Milk牛奶
30g Egg全蛋液
50g White Sugar白砂糖
4g Sea Salt海盐
40g Butter 黄油

2. 泡芙酱 Puff
20g 黄油 Butter
45g 牛奶 Milk
1g 盐 Salt
25g 低粉 Cake Flour
50~60g 全蛋 Egg

3. 白脱奶油夹馅 Creamy Filling
100g Butter黄油
45g Sugar Powder糖粉
65g Heavy Whipping Cream淡奶油
150g Cream Cheese 奶酪

* Baking Conditions 烘烤条件
350degF Middle Rack ~18mins till golden color
180度 中层 约18分钟到表面上色
