Homemade Cream Cake

INGREDIENTS:
For the cream:
- 2 tsp. Corn starch
- 2 tsp. Flour
- 1 glass (200 ml.) Sugar powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 package (5 gr.) Vanillin
- 500 ml. Milk
- 300 gr. Solid vegetable oil
- 370 gr. Condensed milk
- Food coloring
For each Biscuit:
- 5 Eggs
- 1 glass (200 ml.) Flour
- 1 glass (200 ml.) Sugar powder
- 1 package (5 gr.) Vanillin
- 1 package (10 gr.) Baking powder
- Additional 2 tsp for the brownie biscuit. Cocoa powder
PREPARATION:
Note: All the ingredients should be kept at room temperature a day before baking the cake.
1. First, we start by making Zavarnoy Cream. 2 x in a suitable container that we can cook. flour, 2 tbsp. corn starch, 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 egg and 500 ml. pour the milk and mix completely. Then we cook stirring until it begins to boil on medium low heat. It is important to stir constantly. Otherwise, the bottom will stick.
2. Empty the cooked cream into a separate bowl, cover it with a plastic wrap so that it does not form a crust, and leave it to cool in room air.
3. Add 5 eggs and 1 cup of powdered sugar to a suitable bowl and beat with a mixer until white. We add 1 packet of vanilla and 1 packet of baking powder (if we want cocoa, 2 tsp of cocoa powder) to 1 cup of flour and add it to the egg and sugar mixture by slowly mixing. After the flour has disappeared, we do not mix it much. Then we empty this biscuit dough onto a sheet lined with greaseproof paper. If your list is 30 cm. X 30 cm. size, there is no need to divide the biscuits. In a small container, it may be necessary to divide the biscuit according to its height. We are 30 cm, one with cocoa and two plain. We baked 3 biscuits on a 30 cm sheet.
4. Bake the biscuits for 20 minutes in an upside-down oven preheated to 180 degrees C.
5. Cool the baked biscuits by spreading them face down on a cloth tablecloth.
6. Meanwhile, softened at room temperature 300 gr. we beat solid vegetable oil (or butter) with a mixer until white. 370 gr. we also mix the condensed milk in parts to this whitened oil. Then cover with plastic wrap and beat the zavarnoy cream with a mixer. Our cream is ready. We will use the same cream for the decoration between the biscuits and the top. We just separated a part of the cream and colored it with food coloring.
7. Then we peel off the skins of the cooled biscuits and stack them alternately with cream between them. Then we decorate it according to our taste. After keeping it in the refrigerator for at least 3-5 hours, our cake is ready to serve.
