Custard Trifle

Ingredients for Strawberry Jelly:
Water2 ½ cups
National Strawberry Jelly 2 packs

Ingredients for Vanilla Custard:
Milk 300 g + 1 ½ litre
National Vanilla Custard 1 pack
Sugar 1 ½ cup

Ingredients for Custard Cream:
Whipping cream 1 cup
Prepared custard 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Prepared jelly
Strawberry slices as required
Prepared custard as required
Prepared custard cream as required
Swiss rolls as required
Mix fruits as required
Pomegranate as required
Pistachios as required

Directions for Strawberry Jelly Preparation:
1. In a pot heat water and bring it to a boil. Add National Strawberry Jelly and boil until dissolves.
2. Pour the jelly into the servings bowl. Add strawberries in it and let it cool at room temperature. Add strawberry jelly again and set aside.
Directions for Custard Preparation:
3. In a jar add 300 g milk and National Vanilla Custard Powder. Mix it well and set aside.
4. In a pot heat 1 ½ litre milk and bring it to a boil. Add sugar and cook until sugar dissolves. Now add custard slurry and cook until it thickens.
5. In the serving bowl add a layer of swiss rolls, mix fruits and pour the prepared custard on top. Let it cool at room temperature. Set aside.
Directions for Cream Custard Preparation:
6. In a bowl add whipping cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
7. Add this cream on the top of the custard and garnish it with pomegranate and pistachios. Your Custard Trifle is ready.

Cooking time: 25-30 mins
Servings: 5-6
