INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg. of flour
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 250 ml. milk
- 250 ml. water
- 1 medium pumpkin
- 1 egg
- Salt

PREPARATION:
You prepare it in the order you see in the video.
Cut the pumpkin. Clean the inside. Cut the pumpkin into slices, clean the inside and peel the skin. Boil 500 grams of cleaned and chopped pumpkin with 250 ml of water.
Wash the pumpkin seeds and let them dry a little.
Mix 250 ml of milk, 250 ml of water, 2 teaspoons of dry yeast, one teaspoon of powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour together and leave to ferment.
Remove the core from the pumpkin seeds.
Puree the cooked pumpkin.
Add 2 tablespoons of salt to one kilogram of flour and mix. Put the fermented yeast on it and
add the pumpkin puree and knead the dough.
Let the dough ferment at room temperature for 35-40 minutes.
Then divide the dough into 4 logs and rest again for 15-20 minutes.
Tie the logs with strings as shown in the video and decorate them with eggs and kernels
Bake at 200-220 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
