Hello friends! Today we are making 2 incredibly delicious, healthy desserts ready in 5 minutes!
We do not add sugar or sweetener. Just blend and done!

Dessert No. 1:
Hazelnuts 50 g (+30 g for staining),
Nuts 50 g,
Almonds 50 g,
55 g of raisins,
50 g of cranberries,
2 tbsp honey.

Put the hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts in a pan (without oil) to fry for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Place them in a blender and add the raisins and cranberries. After it is blended, add the honey. Mix everything well, preferably by hand. Put some water in your palms and form balls the size of a walnut, or as you wish.


Dessert No. 2:
100 g of dates,
120 g of pumpkin seeds (+30 g for staining),
115 g of raisins,
2 dried figs (27 g)

Place the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan and roast them for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly (they are ready when they start to pop).
Blend them and set aside 2 tbsp for later.
Blend the dates (without seeds), grapes and figs (chopped) as well, then mix the resulting mixture with the blended pumpkin seeds. Form balls and roll them in the preserved seeds (blended).

Не додаваме шеќер или засладувач. Само измешајте и готово!

Десерт бр.1:
Лешници 50 г (+30 г за увалкување),
Ореви 50 г,
Бадеми 50 г,
55 г суво грозје,
50 г брусница,
2 с л мед.

Во тава (без масло) ставете ги лешниците, бадемите и оревите да се потпечат околу 5 мин, со постојано мешање.
Ставете ги во блендер и додајте ги сувото грозје и брусниците. Откако ќе се изблендира додајте го медот. Се добро измешајте, најдобро со рака. Ставете малку вода на дланките и формирајте топчиња големи колку орев, или по ваша желба.


Десерт бр.2:
100 г урми,
120 г семки од тиква (+30 г за увалкување),
115 г суво грозје,
2 суви смокви (27 г)

Семките од тиква ставете ги во сува тава и со постојано мешање печете ги околу 5 минути (готови се кога ќе почнат да пукаат).
Изблендирајте ги па одвојте 2 с л за подоцна.
Урмите (без семки) , грозјето и смоквите (исечкани) исто така, изблендирајте ги, а потоа добиената смеса измешајте ја со изблендираните семки од тиква.Формирајте топчиња и увалкајте ги во сочуваните семки (изблендирани).
