If you have 2 eggs and 2 cups of oatmeal, make this delicious, healthy and quick breakfast!

Ingredients:

Oat flakes 90 g (10 tbsp),
2 eggs,
40 g of cheese (6 tbsp),
1 tbsp chopped parsley,
salt and pepper to taste
a few drops of oil to coat the pan,
150 ml of warm milk

Pour the warm milk over the oatmeal and leave aside for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, grate the cheese and beat the eggs. Add salt and pepper to the eggs, then add them to the softened oatmeal. Add the grated cheese and parsley.
Place the resulting mixture in a heated and greased pan with a lid and bake on moderate heat for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn over to bake on the other side for another 5 minutes.
Enjoy!

Ако имате 2 јајца и 2 чаши овесни снегулки, направете го овој вкусен, здрав и брз појадок!

Состојки:

Овесни снегулки 90 г (10 с л),
2 јајца,
40 гр кашкавал (6 с л),
1 с л сечкан магдонос,
сол и бибер по вкус,
неколку капки масло за премачкување на тавата,
150 мл топло млеко

Овесните снегулки ги преливаме со топлото млеко и оставаме на страна 5 минути.
Во меѓувреме го рендаме кашкавалот и ги матиме јајцата. Во јајцата ставаме сол и бибер, а потоа ги ставаме во омекнатите овесни снегулки. Го додаваме ренданиот кашкавал и магдоносот.
Добиената смеса ја ставаме во загреана и намрснета тава со капак и печеме на умерен оган 10 мин. По 10 минути превртуваме да се пече од другата страна уште 5 минути.
