白醋:1 大勺

糖醋汁:
生抽:1 小勺
陈醋:1 大勺
糖:2大勺
玉米淀粉:1 小勺
老抽:1/4 小勺
水:60克 (1/4 杯)

油:1大勺
辣椒粉:1 小勺
蒜末:1 小勺


Sweet and Sour Eggplant recipe:
Eggplant: 2
Salt: 1/2 tsp

Crispy frying flour
Flour: 60g
Corn starch or potato starch, sweet potato starch: 60g
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Baking soda: 1/8 tsp

Water: 60g (1/4 cup)
Vinegar: 1 tbsp

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
Soy sauce: 1 tsp
Black vinegar: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Corn starch: 1 tsp
Dark soy sauce: 1/4 tsp
Water: 60g (1/4 cup)

Oil: 1 tbsp
Dried chili flakes: 1 tsp
Minced garlic: 1 tsp
