茶底
水：3 杯
绿茶茶叶：3 大勺
绿豆蔻：6-8个，敲碎
桂皮：2-3 小段
八角：1个
小苏打：1/2 小勺
冰水：1 杯

粉红奶茶
牛奶：2 杯
10% 奶油：1 大勺
糖：1-2 小勺
茶底： 1-2 大勺
开心果，或者杏仁适量

Kashmiri tea / Noon chai ingredients
Tea base
Water: 3 cups
Green tea leaves: 3 tbsp
Green cardamon: 6-8 crushed
Cinnamon: 2-3 small sticks
Star anise: 1
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
Ice water: 1 cup

Milk tea
Milk: 2 cups
10% cream: 1 tbsp
Sugar 1-2 tsp
Tea base: 1-2 tbsp
Crushed pistachios or almonds
