松饼 Pancakes 是有一个特别简单容易上手的食谱。用最家常的食材,用最简单的方法,做出最美味的松饼。这是每一个宝妈都应该具备的技能。
几个注意事项:
泡打粉是有保质期的,时间长了,特别是受热或者受潮之后,它会丧失发泡功能。家里的泡打粉时间放久了,就换一瓶新的。
关于小苏打。传统松饼是用小苏打和白脱牛奶来产生气泡的。加了小苏打会残留一点碱的味道,给了它一点传统的风味。小苏打你可以放也可以不放,如果放小苏打的话,要放一些酸性物质,例如醋,柠檬汁,或者白脱牛奶来中和碱性。
这个配方对面粉的要求不高,通常是用低筋面粉,或者中筋面粉。有时候我会用高筋面粉,也可以做出很好的效果。

松饼配方:
可以做15个松饼
面粉:150克
牛奶:250克
糖:12克, 1大勺
盐:1克,1/8 小勺
无盐黄油:20克
鸡蛋:1
泡打粉:1小勺

Pancake recipe:
For making 15 pancakes
Flour: 150g
Milk: 250g
Sugar: 12g, 1 tbsp
Salt:1g, 1/8 tsp
Unsalted butter: 20g
Egg: 1
Baking powder: 1 tsp
