八角:1 个
水:1 杯
青椒红椒适量

Chinese pickled cucumber recipe:
Cucumber: 1 kg
Salt: 1 tbsp
Soy sauce: 1.5 cup
Black vinegar: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Sichuan peppercorn: 1/2 tsp
Star anise: 1
