This easy flourless 2-Ingredients Chocolate Cake is a quick cake recipe you can make any time of the week!
This chocolate cake is also gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free options are available for keto eaters!

✨Ingredients✨
6 medium Eggs (or 5 large)
11 oz (315 g) Dark Chocolate 60-70 % cocoa
👩🍳Instructions
🔥 Preheat the oven to 320 F (160 C). MODE: Upper and lower heat. Line the bottom of a 7-inch cake pan with parchment paper. Slightly grease the bottom and sides of the pan with butter/oil. Set aside.
✅ Add the chopped chocolate into the medium bowl and melt using a double boiling method over medium-low heat, occasionally stirring with a silicone spatula or wooden spoon. When the chocolate is shiny and melted, remove it from the bath and set it aside to cool down slightly
✅In two large mixing bowls, separate the egg white from the egg yolks.
Whisk the egg white with an electric mixer on the high-speed until a soft peak forms, about 3-5 minutes. It means the egg white should hold well in the mixing bowl if you turn it upside down but shouldn't be ultra-firm either, or the cake comes out dry. Set aside.
✅Stir one egg yolk at a time into the chocolate mixture. Repeat until all egg yolks are incorporated and form a chocolate mixture with no lumps.
✅Gradually stir in the fluffy egg whites, about 1/3 of the batch every time. Stir after each addition to fully incorporate into the chocolate. You should end up with a fluffy light brown cake batter.
✅Transfer the cake batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the center rack for 20-30 minutes. Check the baking with a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake, it comes out a little bit wet.
✅Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature. BUT you can eat it warm!!
✅Decorate with a dust of cocoa powder or extra melted chocolate and berries. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream, if desired.
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze and thaw at room temperature.
