Easy Soy Sauce Chicken In Rice Cooker Recipe 电饭锅豉油鸡酱油鸡的简单做法

I like to use the rice cooker to cook, especially when I'm busy. It makes cooking effortless and the food tastes quite good as well. This is a basic soy sauce chicken recipe. Feel free to add your own spices.

Ingredients 材料:
750+/- grams chicken 750+/- 克半只鸡
3 cloves garlic 3瓣大蒜
3 shallots 3个小洋葱
1 slice ginger 1片生姜
2 tablespoon cooking oil 2汤匙食用油

Seasoning 调味料:
1/4 teaspoon salt 盐1/4茶匙
2 tablespoon light soy sauce 生抽2汤匙
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar 红砂糖1/2茶匙
1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine 绍兴酒1汤匙
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce 老抽1茶匙

Garnish 装饰:
Spring onion or coriander 葱或香菜
