---------------------------------- RECIPE ------------------------------------
✨Ingredients✨
* 1+2/3 cups (380 g) lukewarm water
* 2 tsp sugar
* 2 tsp salt
* 2+1/4 tsp (7 g) dry yeast or instant yeast
* 3,5 - 4 cups (500 g) all-purpose flour
* 2 tsp vegetable oil

👩‍🍳Instructions:
✅Weigh your flour; or measure it by gently spooning it into a cup
✅In a large bowl stir together lukewarm water, sugar, salt, yeast until everything dissolves.
✅Add flour starting with 3 cups of the flour, then add some of the additional 1/2 cup of flour and vegetable oil. Mix with a spoon until everything is combined into a thick and sticky mass of dough.
✅Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or towel, and let the dough rise at room temperature until it's doubled in size, about 1 hour. If your kitchen is particularly cold (below 65°F), place the bowl of dough in your turned-off oven with the oven light on.
✅As soon as the dough rises, gently deflate the dough using a spoon and transfer into the greased and lined loaf pan (8x4 or 9x5 inches).
✅Let the bread rise, lightly covered with greased plastic wrap, for 30 minutes. It should become nicely puffy.
🔥Towards the end of the rising time preheat your oven to 180°C/355°F MODE: Upper and Lower heat.
🔥Bake for about 1 hour OR until the crust is golden brown and a loaf sounds hollow to the touch when you tap it on the top.
✅Remove the bread from the oven and cool it on a rack. It’s best not to cut into the bread until it’s cooled down a bit; cutting into hot bread can negatively affect its texture.

❗️Measurements Note: All recipes have been developed using weight measurements. Although US volume measurements have been included for your convenience, it is highly encouraged that you weigh your ingredients using a kitchen scale to get the best possible results. Due to the sensitive nature of baking, kitchen scales are proven to yield more accurate and consistent results than measuring cups. Enjoy!
