Today I’m going to share an easy method to make mung bean dessert soup. Mung bean is less known than red bean but it’s just as delicious. It's commonly used in popular Chinese snacks like Angku Kueh and Tau Sar Piah. Also, this dessert has cooling properties. So do give this dessert a try when the weather is hot. 今天我要分享绿豆甜水简单做法. 红豆砂比较流行但是绿豆砂也是很好吃.它经常用于受欢迎的中式小吃,如红龟粿和豆沙饼。绿豆砂也有清凉的特性,天气热的时候吃就可以减少热气。

Ingredients:
200 grams mung bean
3-4 pandan leaves
2500 ml water
160 grams (adjust sweetness to taste) Rock sugar or your favourite sugar
45 grams (2 tablespoons) sago, which is about
100 ml coconut milk
pinch of salt
