薄饼。制作普通分层的饼,通常都是用油酥(油+面粉)来分层。但是一次擀20张饼,用油酥就有点力不从心了。油酥拌稠了,你刷不开;油酥稀了,可以刷开,但是20张饼摞在一起擀的时候,油酥会被擀出来,影响它的分层效果。今天用了刷油,粘干面粉的方法。刷了多少油,就会粘多少干面粉。20张饼一起擀的时候,油和面粉完全不会跑出来,所以的它分层效果非常好。

薄饼配方:
中筋面粉:300克
开水:150克
室温水:15克 1 大勺
酵母:1/4 小勺
无盐黄油:40克
盐:1克,1/4 小勺
油:适量(给面饼分层)
干面粉: 适量 (给面饼分层)

Flatbread recipe:
All purpose flour:300 g
Boiling water: 150 g
Room temperature water: 15 g, 1 tbsp
Yeast: 1/4 tsp
Butter: 40 g
Salt: 1/4 tsp
