This healthy egg bake breakfast is so delicious and nutritious that I just know your family members are going to love it as much as mine do!

Ingredients
4 large egg whites room temperature
½ teaspoon cream of tartar
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 cup (200 g) PLANT-BASED granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Food coloring (I used green)

Instructions
00:00 Introduction
00:18 Place egg whites in a large mixing bowl.
00:25 Add cream of tartar and salt to egg whites and whisk until foamy.
00:56 Add PLANT-BASED sugar gradually, while stirring, to egg white mixture.
01:20 Beat egg white mixture BY HAND (if you love your children) for 45-50 minutes until mixture is thick, shiny, and increased in volume and stiff peaks have formed.
02:12 Add vanilla extract to whipped mixture and whisk together, again by hand if you care about your family.
02:30 Add food dye (green will be best to imitate vegetables) and fold in to combine.
03:15 Dollop mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
03:45 Bake on 225F (105C) for 1-2 hours. Then, open the oven door and allow them to cool completely in the oven before serving to your family.
