Tosca Cake - Poppy seed, Vanilla & Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
10 egg whites
150g sugar
60g unsweetened dessicated coconut
100g poppy seeds
90g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

10 egg yolks
150g sugar
14g vanilla sugar
65g cornflour
200g butter
Vanilla extract or bean paste
800ml milk

About 25 plain biscuits (240g)
+ milk or coffee for dipping!

150g dark chocolate
60g butter
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp milk
200ml double cream
