These Crescent Cookies are very simple to make and are good for occasions when you need to have servings for many people. You only require 250g lard and can make over 60 cookies. Perfect for Easter or a Birthday Party where you want to have some other sweet treats on the side apart from the cake. They are crumbly and soft, melt in your mouth. Using sour cream and lard you really get an amazing texture resulting in an fabulously soft cookie. You can use any filling you like really, I've tried Turkish Delight many times as it's very popular but my favourite is chocolate.
