This is a great dessert to try for Easter. It may seem complicated as it can be classified as bread, but really it's very simple. If you like, you can knead the dough in a stand mixer but I've been kneading it by hand like this for years and to me it's relaxing and fun! In some countries across Europe, it is called a Cozonac, though I don't know where the name comes from! Hope you enjoy the video and try the recipe yourself. Ingredients:
1kg plain flour
300ml warm milk
25g dry instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar + 240g
240g ricotta cheese
7 egg yolks
Lemon + orange zest
50g melted butter
50g oil

5 egg whites
150g sugar
3 - 4 tbsp cocoa powder
500g ground walnuts

400g Turkish delight

Beaten egg
Poppy seeds
Extra walnuts
