1 tsp Salt
Penne Pasta
3-4 tbsp All Purpose Flour
3-4 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
Soy Sauce
Oil For Frying
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
3-4 Slit Green Chilis
Spring Onion Greens
1/2 Sliced Capsicum
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp Chili Sauce
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
Vinegar
2-3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Corn Flour
1/4 cup Reserved Pasta Stock
Carrot Julians
Black Pepper Powder
Spring Onion Greens

FOR FRIED RICE:
1.5 cups Basmati Rice
Water for boiling Rice
Salt
Oil
Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
Slit Green Chilis
Spring Onion Whites
Chopped Beans
Chopped Carrot
Chopped Capsicum
Chopped Cabbage
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Vinegar
2-3 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Red Chili Sauce
Black Pepper Powder
Spring Onion Greens
