For Masala Makhana:
2 tsp Clarified Butter
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
50 gms Roasted Makhanas

For Til Gud Makhana:
2-3 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 cup Peanuts
100 gms Jaggery Powder
2 tbsp Water
Cardamom Powder (Optional)
1 tsp Clarified Butter
2-3 pinch of Baking Soda
50 gms Roasted Makhana

For Makhana Chivda:
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2-3 Chopped Green Chilis
8-10 Curry Leaves
Raw Peanuts
Chana Dal
Dried Red Chilis
Coconut Slices
Cashews
Salt
Turmeric Powder
Roasted Makhanas

For Sukha Bhel Makhana:
1/2 Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 Finely Chopped Tomato
Chopped Cucumber
Chopped Green Chilis
Stir Fried Peanuts
Salt
Lemon Juice
Green Chutney
Masala Makhana
