How to make soft and fluffy Snow Cheese Bread. Softness that melts in your mouth. Make your own fresh bread at home, come and bake along with me.

Here's what you'll need:
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
2 to 3 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk (250ml) lukewarm or room temp
1 egg
3 and 1/4 cups all purpose flour (400g) or bread flour
1 tsp salt (4g)
3 tbsp unsalted butter (42g)
Snow topping:
1/3 cup icing sugar
1/3 cup milk powder
FILLING:
12 cheddar cheese sticks about 3 inches long

1. In a mixing bowl, mix together yeast, sugar, milk and egg.
2. Add flour and salt. Mix until the dough forms.
3. Add softened butter and mix until butter is fully absorbed.
4. Knead, slap and fold until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
5. Smooth into a ball.
6. Cover for 40 to 60 minutes or until doubled in size.
7. Then deflate the proofed dough by punching the air out.
8. Divide into 12 equal portions. Approx 50 grams each.
9. Smooth each dough into a ball. Bench rest for 10 minutes with cover.
10. Roll out and flatten each dough ball as shown in the video.
11. Place cheese stick and roll tightly. Seal the edges.
12. Place on a lined baking sheet. Cover for 25 minutes.
13. Preheat oven at 170C or 340F for at least 15 minutes.

17. Dredge in prepared snow topping.
18. Serve and enjoy!
19. It makes me happy to know from which country you are watching from. Please say hi to me :)

Food for the soul:
2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promimse, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
