How to make a very moist Banana Muffin.

Here's what you'll need:
3 overripe large bananas, about 1 cup
3/4 cup sugar (150g)
1/2 cup oil (120ml)
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
2 cups all purpose flour (250g
1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder (5g)
1 tsp baking soda (4g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 tsp cinnamon powder (3g)
1 cup choco chips (150g)
- save some for toppings

1. Preheat oven at 180ºC/350ºF. In a bowl, mash three large overripe bananas, add sugar and oil. Mix well.
2. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder and chocolate chips. Mix just until combined
4. Scoop about 1/3 cup of batter and place in prepared muffin liners.
5. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
6. Let it cool down.
7. Serve and enjoy!
8. I brush muffins with melted butter for a shiny top (optional).
