Ingredients:
- 4 Potatoes
- Pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of Chili Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 60g Parmesan Cheese
- 60g Bread crumbs
--Sauce cheese
- 4 Slices cheddar cheese
- 5 Tbsp Milk
- 10g Butter
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges
2. Place the potato wedges in a large bowl or plastic bag
3. Add a pinch of salt
4. Add 2 Tbsp olive oil
5. Shake the bag
6. Add a pinch of Chili Flakes
7. Add 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
8. Add 1 Tsp Oregano
9. Add 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
10. Add 60g Parmesan Cheese
11. Shake it
12. Add 60g Bread crumbs
13. Shake it
14. Place potato wedges on prepared baking sheet
15. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180°C / 356°F
---Sauce cheese
1. In a bowl, put 4 Slices cheddar cheese
2. Add 5 Tbsp Milk
3. Add 10g Butter
4. Microwave 30s
5. Mix well
