Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 100g Sugar
- 125g Plain Yogurt ( 1/2 Cup )
- 180g All-purpose Flour
- 6g Baking powder
- 1/2 Cup oil
- 3 Apples
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar

Instructions:
1. Mix eggs, Pinch of salt, sugar, vanilla & yoghurt together in a large bowl
2. Add 180g All-purpose Flour + 6g Baking powder
3. Mix well
4. Add 1/2 Cup oil
5. Mix well
6. Add the apple pieces to the mixture
7. Mix
8. Pour the mixture into the mold
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 356°F for 40-50minutes
