Receta de albóndigas con patatas a la importancia. Con una salsa muy cremosa y con mucho sabor. Un plato completo, ideal para una comida o cena. No necesita acompañantes.

Ingredientes:

Albóndigas

550 g de carne picada
2 yemas
60-70 g de pan
250-300 ml de leche
2 dientes de ajo
2 ramitas de perejil
sal, pimienta negra molida al gusto

4 patatas (750 g)
2 claras de huevo
1 huevo
harina para rebosar
1 pizca de sal

Salsa

2 dientes de ajo
2-3 ramitas de perejil
1-2 golpes de colorante
1 cebolla
40 g de harina
50 ml de vino (opcional)
700-800 ml de agua o de caldo (de carne o de pollo)
sal al gusto
