New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates how to make Oven-baked stuffed shrimp. The shrimp are cleaned, peeled, deveined, seasoned and marinated. A shrimp and crabmeat stuffing is made and once it's cooled, it's wrapped around each shrimp tail and coated with butter and breadcrumbs and baked in a hot oven until the shrimp is cooked. This recipe makes 10 stuffed shrimp. It's great party appetizer but it can also be a great side dish for the holidays. It's full of shrimp and crab meat flavor and it is delicious.
