RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp Olive oil.
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 shallots.
2 cloves of garlic
1 broccoli.
Cook 5 min over low heat
5 eggs.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Cook 10 min over low heat
30 g Mozzarella cheese
30 g Cheddar cheese
Cook for 2 min
