RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
4 potatoes
Olive oil
Fry over medium heat for 15 minutes until golden brown
Salt
2 shallots
Fry 5-7 min over medium heat
Let potatoes cool down

Mixture:
3 Eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Fresh Parsley
Cheese - 150 g
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes with a closed lid

Sauce:
3 Pickled cucumber
Fresh Dill
3 tbsp Greek Yogurt
2 tsp Mustard
