To make this delectable potato bread, you'll need 5 ounces of all-purpose flour (140 grams), a pinch of salt for taste, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Add 3 fluid ounces of warm water (90 milliliters), then knead the dough for 2-3 minutes. Divide it into three parts, roll them into balls, and keep them covered while you prepare the filling. Peel and dice about 6 ounces (170 grams) of potatoes and boil them until soft. In the meantime, finely chop some parsley and green onions. Mash the potatoes, add salt and black pepper to taste, and spread the mixture over thinly rolled-out dough. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley and onions. Fold the bread, then fry until golden brown in a pan with olive oil. This potato-stuffed bread is perfect for breakfast or as a snack. Feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you think! Your feedback makes me happy, and I'm sure you'll be making this recipe often. 😊👍🤩
