How to Make Peach Cookies at home | Easy Peach Cookies | A Home Cooking Journey Production

These peach cookies are very delicious, especially the chocolate filling! I'd recommend just dusting them with icing sugar, instead of dipping them in coloured water, if you're doing them at home, because the coloured water makes it taste artificial. But if you want to make them pretty then of course you can dip them as most recipes suggest.

Ingredients: (note that you'll have lots of remaining filling at the end)
- 200g lard
- 120g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 180ml milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 750 - 850g flour
~~
- 3 eggs
- 80g sugar
- 250g butter
- 80ml milk
- 60g walnuts, chopped
- 3 - 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- crumbs from cookies
- rum essence
