20g unsalted butter
75g (1/4 cup) blackcurrant jam (you can also use any other sour jam instead such as blackberries or Morello cherries)
150g (1/3 cup) cream cheese (such as Philadelphia)
200ml (2/3 cup) whipping cream (minimum 35% fat)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
