RECIPE:
makes 3 x 250ml cups

1 tbsp instant coffee
50ml (1/4 cup) hot milk
20g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
2 tbsp sugar
200ml (3/4 cup) cold milk
250ml (1 cup) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
2 tbsp sugar

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
