Delicioso y fácil postre de manzana que se prepara sin harina y sin azúcar.
Yo puse la miel pero si la manzana es dulce se puede prescindir y así obtendrás un postre ideal para la cuidar la línea

Ingredientes:

300 g de compota o puré de manzana
1 yogur natural (125 ml)
200 ml de nata o crema para cocinar
3 huevos talla L
2 cds de miel (opcional)
1 pizca de sal
1/2 cdta de canela
50 g de almidón o fécula de maíz
1-2 manzanas

Hornear a 180C durante 50-60 minutos
