Delicioso estofado conocido bajo el nombre goulash, típico de la zona de los Cárpatos. Una comida deliciosa, completa y autosuficiente. La receta que os ofrezco es la autentica de bograch goulash, que es su nombre completo. Bograch significa recipiente en el que se prepara y goulash se traduce como pastor. Es un plato de pastores que realizaban transhumancia de los rebaños de ovejas y vacas a la montaña alta de los Cárpatos para que éstos allí veranearan

Ingredientes:

500 g de carne de ternera o vacuno
500 g de carne de cerdo
200 g de tocino
500 g de cebolla
500 g de tomates
500 g de pimientos
500 g de patata
200 g de zanahoria
5 dientes de ajo
1 rama de apio
3 cds de pimentón o páprika
1/2 cda de alcaravea
3-4 ramitas de perejil
sal al gusto

1 huevo l
100 g de harina
1 pizca de sal
