CHICKEN BIRYANI
Jeera samba rice - 1 kg
Mint leaves / Pudina - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Green chilli - 6
Garlic - 25 cloves
Ginger - 1/4 cup
Cloves - 10
Cinnamon - (2 inch piece) 4
Star anise - 2
Marathi moggu / Kapok buds - 3
Cardamom - 2
Stone flower - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 8 tsp
Bay leaves - 4 (Small)
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 2 Medium size (chopped)
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Biryani masala - 1 tsp
Tomato - 5 Medium size (chopped)
Salt to taste
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Curd - 1/2 cup
