Ingredients:
For the peanut butter:
2 cups (480g) Peanut butter, natural
1 cup (90g) Rolled Oats
1 cup (100g) Ground almond
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon (90ml) Maple syrup
Pinch Salt
For the chocolate:
160g Dark chocolate
1 tablespoon Coconut oil

Directions:
1. Prepare the pan: line a 8-inch (20cm) square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

3. Transfer oatmeal flour into a bowl, add ground almonds, peanut butter, maple syrup, salt and mix until well combined.
4. Transfer the batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate while making the chocolate topping.
